CANCELLATION POLICY

 A credit card will be required to guarantee your appointment and reserve that time. The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period. Multiple services (of two or more), and packages require 24 hours cancellation notice. If you need to make a change to the reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.  If you are using Groupon directly from Garrett's Caring Hands We can redeemed it from your phone. No screenshot. Groupon is for new customers only.

No children are allowed unless they are getting a service. 

You must arrive on Time. If you are 15 minutes without notification it is assume that you canceled. If late you will only receive the remainder of your time in that session.

During this time of Covid-19 a mask must be worn and temperatures will be taken before entering
